Project & Process
ℹ️ How long does a typical project take?
Web apps: 6–14 weeks depending on complexity. Mobile apps: 8–16 weeks. Simple websites: 2–4 weeks. We give you a precise timeline in your proposal before any commitment.
ℹ️ How does the project process work?
Discovery call → Proposal & contract → Design phase (wireframes & review) → Development (weekly demos) → Testing → Launch → Support. You're involved at every stage — no black-box development.
ℹ️ Will I own the code?
100% yes. You own all code, designs, and assets. We transfer all repositories and access credentials on final payment.
ℹ️ Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign NDAs before any sensitive discussions. Your idea is safe with us.
Pricing & Payment
ℹ️ How much does it cost?
Projects start at $2,500 for simple websites and go up based on complexity. We charge per project (fixed price), not per hour. You'll know the exact cost before we start.
ℹ️ What are your payment terms?
30% upfront to start, 30% at project midpoint, 40% on final delivery. For larger projects we can discuss milestone-based payments.
ℹ️ Do you offer monthly payment plans?
For projects over $10,000 we can arrange financing through a third-party. Ask us about this during your consultation.
ℹ️ What if I run out of budget mid-project?
We scope carefully to avoid this. But if circumstances change, we'll work with you — we'd rather find a solution than abandon a project.
Technical Questions
ℹ️ What tech stack do you use?
We choose the right tool for the job. Most web projects use Laravel + React or Vue.js. Mobile apps use React Native or Flutter. We explain our recommendations and why.
ℹ️ Can you work with my existing codebase?
Yes. We do code audits and can take over existing projects. We'll be honest if the existing code has serious issues that could impact the project.
ℹ️ Will my app be scalable?
Architecture for scale is built in from the start. We design systems that can handle 10x your current load without a rewrite.
ℹ️ Do you provide hosting?
We can set it up on AWS, DigitalOcean, or your preferred provider. We don't lock you into any hosting platform.
Support & Maintenance
ℹ️ What support do I get after launch?
All projects include 30–60 days of post-launch support (bug fixes, minor adjustments). Long-term maintenance plans start at $299/month.

If it's a bug from our development, we fix it free. We stand behind our work.

Yes. All projects include technical documentation and a user guide for your team.
